In order to protect property values and ensure continuity of the overall appearance of our community, Timacuan's covenanants (Article VII) require that all exterior changes to individual homes (including significant landscaping changes and exterior painting) must first be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board (ARB).

To expedite the process as much as possible, the association has provided a request form that can be filled in on the website and printed out. One copy of the form needs to be mailed to the address indicated on the form, together with any required drawings, paint chips or other materials. A second copy should be retained for your records. 

Most requests are reviewed within ten (10) business days, but please allow up to thirty (30) days prior to the expected start date of your project. Work started before approval is received is subject to change if not in accordance with the conditions of approval.
