MINUTES OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

TIMACUAN COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.

MARCH 19, 2007

The March 19, 2007 Board of Directors meeting of Timacuan Community Services Association was called to order at 8:15 PM by Mike Bono and a quorum was established with Mike Bono, Becky Kimmel, Lynell Hamilton, Susan Binford, Erin O’Donnell, Karen Gudinas, Lance Williamson, Eric Cepull, and Mike Annichiarico being present.  Anita Roberts represented the management company. 

Mike Bono welcomed Eric Cepull to the board. 

The election of officers was held and upon a motion by Becky Kimmel, seconded by Mike Annichiarico, the slate of officers is as follows:

            President – Mike Bono

            Vice President – Mike Annichiarico

            Secretary – Karen Gudinas

            Treasurer – Lynell Hamilton

            Director – Becky Kimmel

            Director – Eric Cepull

            Director – Lance Williamson

            Director – Erin O’Donnell

            Director – Susan Binford

Discussion was then held on the committees and upon a motion by Becky Kimmel, seconded by Karen Gudinas, the committees were appointed as follows:

            ARB – Becky Kimmel, Mike Annichiarico, Eric Cepull

            Landscape – Lance Williamson, Susan Binford

            Community Activities – Erin O’Donnell

            Covenants – Karen Gudinas

The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 23, 2007 at 7:00 pm. 

There being no further business to discuss, a motion was made and duly carried to adjourn the meeting.  The meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm.
