To provide Timacuan residents the opportunity to dispose of items they no longer need through garage sales, the association sponsors two community sales each year, usually in April and October. All other garage sales (except for moving and estate sales) are prohibited by section 8.38.2 of our covenants. Moving and estate sales require the prior approval of the Architectural Review Committee. All sales require a city permit.
