Welcome to Timacuan! We are delighted that you chose our community to call home, and we hope that you will be with us for many years to come. Board of Directors

A homeowners association (HOA) is the governing body of a planned community. The HOA board uses association dues to pay for the upkeep of common areas and buildings. The board also upholds HOA bylaws outlining residents’ rights and responsibilities. State rules and association bylaws vary, but an HOA board consists of elected members of the community and typically includes a president, vice president, treasurer and secretary.
