What is an HOA?
An HOA or Homeowner Association is a legal entity created to manage and maintain the common areas of a community. Typically these “common areas” consist of things like landscaping, parks, ponds and entrances.
If I buy a home within an HOA, do I have to belong to the HOA?
Yes, the only way an HOA can work correctly is if everyone who lives within its boundaries belongs to the HOA and pays dues.
How do I gain access to the Mohegan back gate entrance and exit?
The Mohegan Gate is accessed via a bar code decal which must be placed in a specific area on your vehicle. The cost of the decal is $30. Residents who live in Timacuan may complete the Mohegan Gate Access request either in person at the Premier Association Management office or complete the online form through the Timacuan website Residents Portal.
Can the Mohegan Gate decal be removed and placed on another vehicle?
No, Decals cannot be removed and placed on another vehicle. Removing the decal will make it unusable. If you are selling a vehicle, remove the decal and return it to Premier.
How do I return the current Mohegan Gate remotes/cards?
